This one-hour workshop is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning these life saving skills, and doesn’t require formal certification.

After completion of this workshop, you will feel confident in your skills using an AED, performing CPR, as well as utilizing choking relieving techniques on an infant, child and an adult. 

This hands-on workshop includes an eBook for reference that you will receive afterwards.

CPR Certification

Individual and group certification available through the American Heart Association (AHA) for the following:

  1. BLS (Basic Life Support) – Initial and Renewal available for healthcare professionals
  2. Heartsaver – Initial and Renewal, multiple packages available, to include: Total First Aid, CPR & AED or can be done for a particular age group (i.e: adults, child and/or infant)
  3. AHA Family & Friends CPR: not a full certification but receive card of course completion and reference materials (excellent for parents, siblings, nannies, babysitters and grandparents)
